Soitec locks photonics customers into multi-year wafer capacity deals
Soitec told Reuters it is signing more than 10 photonics customers to fixed-price supply agreements with deposits; about 80% are expected within two weeks. Photonics-SOI revenue is now expected to exceed $200M this fiscal year, with current capacity covering this year and next.
