TTM agrees to buy Ophir Optics from MKS for $650M
TTM announced an all-cash agreement for the infrared and laser-optics business, with manufacturing in Israel and Romania. Closing is targeted for Q2 2027, subject to approvals. The deal excludes Ophir Instruments and the Ophir brand.
