CollPlant signs all-equity deal to acquire Israel's LightSolver
CollPlant agreed to acquire 100% of LightSolver through 3.73M upfront shares, 6.13M pre-funded warrants and up to 224.08M milestone warrants, plus 2.26M rollover options. Closing was expected during the week of the Aug. 31 announcement, subject to customary conditions and shareholder approval for issuances above the Nasdaq blocker.
